Mr. Rao founded incorporated AGRI GOLD FARMS LIMITED in the year 1995.The company successfully pioneered the concept of Corporate Integrated Farming. The concept stood revolutionary in profitably engineering the value addition for the farm produce by promoting forward integration projects such as Foods processing, Organic Manure Manufacturing, Dairy, Bio-medicals, Bio-cosmetics, Herbal-Health Care – Products and Services, Spa Services, Seed Processing and 14 MW Power Generation using biomass as the fuel under his guidance.

Mr. Sharma is responsible for the overall working of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. His service in various cadres in Department of Posts and Army Postal Services (Ministry of Defence) over a period of 25 years has enriched Mr. Sharma with an extensive knowledge in administration and human management. With this exposure, he contributed his skills to the group of companies by coordinating with bureaucrats of various Dept. of Central Govt. / State Govt. and also coordinating with various foreign delegates and Indian business delegates overseas.

Mr. Sharma is the Managing Director of Agri Gold Exims. With his rich knowledge in International Trading, documentary letter of credits and other payment procedures, vessel chartering, etc., he has created opportunities for new markets segments in International Markets. He appointed distributors in Malaysia, Iran, etc., and also contributed to the company in exporting bulk cargo of Iron-ore and human hair to China, in addition to agricultural produce and spice products.

Mr. A.SITA RAMA RAO     Director

Executing the most responsible positions in the group of companies, Mr. Sita Rama Rao has extensive front line marketing experience in selling the finance portfolios of various origins. He has graduated in Commerce. Apart from delivering immaculate products and services employing cutting-edge infrastructure with meticulous planning and execution, he has rich exposure to the real estate development, constructions management, and marketing of developed lands and built up spaces.

His excellent skills of negotiations are an asset to the company in every facet of management, especially, during the finalization of agreements with the government agencies and other front organizations. As Managing Director of Agri Gold Estates & Entertainments Pvt Limited, his efforts to ensure success of this diversification into the Tourism industry which the Group has forayed into are priceless

Mr. A.V.SIVARAM     Director

He is the Director on Board for some of our group companies since 1999. After completing the Bachelor of Science with Electronics, he completed his Masters in Computer Application and also accomplished his goal as Micro Soft Certified Software Engineer.

He was inducted into the Board to design information systems and develop networking with the branches across the country for different operations of the group companies. While on this assignment he attended Executive Development program for 6 months at Kensington College of Business in London during the year 2002.

He has constantly evolved new strategies and polices for marketing. He is now involved in marketing of food products, spices, and other commodities of the group and also in identifying product lines for exports. He has successfully established trading relations for export of different products with Countries such as France, Sri Lanka, Africa and Middle East.

He is the Managing Director of Baylyne- a separate organization in Dubai. He has accepted a challenging responsibility of establishing this overseas organization and opened a gateway for marketing of all Agri Gold Group Products into Gulf and Persian markets.

SMT K.A.M TAI     Director

She is a Commerce graduate and post graduate in Business Management as well. She has hands on experience in operations, finance, marketing, production planning, product development and brand management apart from personnel management. She is at the helm of the affairs of process and product manufacturing industries.

She is an active associate in the business planning for the Food Processing Division and effectively monitoring its production and administration functions as a Vice-Chairperson of Agri Gold Foods & Farm Products Limited. She is the Director on the Board for Agri Gold Organics Private Limited and Amrutha Varshini Dairy Farms Private Limited. She is the Director on Board of Agri Gold Estates & Entertainments Private Limited and Agri Gold Projects Limited.

She is the recipient of Best Lady Entrepreneur award from the government of Andhra Pradesh. Her adaptability and visionary zeal will be a great support to the management during the implementation of the Tourism Destination Projects.
